Laboratory of Neuro Imaging, UCLA

The Laboratory of Neuro Imaging (LONI) offers computational resources and algorithm pipelines. As a component of LONI, the Image Data Archive (IDA) is a user-friendly environment for archiving, searching, sharing, tracking and disseminating neuroimaging and related clinical data. The IDA is utilized for dozens of neuroimaging research projects across North America and Europe and accommodates MRI, PET, MRA, DTI and other imaging modalities. A flexible data de-identification engine and encrypted file transmission ensure compliance with patient-privacy regulations. All data are stored on redundant servers with daily and weekly on- and off-site backups. Visit site >

N4U

N4U (neuGRID for you) will further develop the user-facing services of neuGRID to reach broader communities, ranging from students to senior scientists specialized in Alzheimer’s disease, neurodegenerative diseases, multiple sclerosis and other white matter and psychiatric diseases. N4U provides a single point of access to tools and resources related to datasets, image processing and provenance, among other services. The goal of this project is to transform imaging data into visualizations that can be analyzed and interpreted faster and with greater reliability. Visit site >
